Transforming the Workplace: Los Angeles Trans and Gender Nonconforming Workplace Assessment Report is an assessment to better understand the workplace experience and related needs of the Trans and GNC community in Los Angeles.

To seize the momentum provided by recent legislative successes, and to better understand the workplace experiences and needs among local Trans and GNC individuals, the TransLatin@Coalition received grant funding from the City of Los Angeles Workforce Investment Board to conduct a needs assessment of the Trans and GNC community in the City of Los Angeles.
