
Lindsey Heisser
Lindsey Heisser is the Manager of Global Philanthropy Programming at Snap Inc., where she oversees global workforce development and community engagement programs centered on STEAM education and early career access for underrepresented talent.
At Snap Inc., Ms. Heisser has designed and implemented global programs that provide hands-on learning, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to students and emerging professionals. She has also advised on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy in collaboration with executive leadership, educational institutions, and community organizations.
Ms. Heisser has extensive experience in workforce development, strategic philanthropy, and inclusive talent pipeline design across the private and nonprofit sectors. Previously, Ms. Heisser served as Program Director for the LA Area Chamber of Commerce ‘Bixel Exchange: L.A. Tech Talent Pipeline,’ where she led the creation of employer-driven initiatives to increase diversity in the tech industry. Ms. Heisser is recognized for her ability to align corporate social impact goals with workforce strategies that promote equity, innovation, and long-term community advancement.
