Los Angeles Hospitality Training Academy

The Los Angeles Hospitality Training Academy (LAHTA) is offering a Culinary Apprenticeship Program at no cost to you. The 8-week Line Cook/Chef de Partie program includes a combination of classroom instruction and practical hands-on work in a fully equipped training kitchen with distinguished Chef Instructors. The current cohort runs from October 11 through December 3, 2021.

The LAHTA has in-person and virtual orientation sessions to help you learn more about the course and sign up for the fall cohort.
