Dr. Robert Miller is Vice Chancellor for Finance and Resource Development at the Los Angeles Community College (LACCD).
LACCD is the largest community college district in the nation, operating nine campuses throughout Los Angeles and adjoining cities and communities, covering 882 square miles and annually teaches 240,000 students. LACCD possesses the most diverse student population among California's community college districts.
Prior to his appointment as Vice Chancellor, Dr. Miller served various positions during a decade-long career at the Pasadena City College, including serving as Interim President, Assistant Superintendent, Senior Vice President, and Dean of Educational Services.
Dr. Miller received his Master of Public Administration from California State University, Northridge and his Doctorate of Public Administration from University of La Verne.
