The Workforce Investment Board's Annual Plan for the program year 2014-15 brings together vision, policy and budget recommendations to promote good jobs and a strong economy for Los Angeles.

Approved by the City Council and Mayor Eric Garcetti in June, 2014, the Workforce Investment Board's Annual Plan for the program year 2014-15 brings together vision, policy and budget recommendations to promote good jobs and a strong economy for Los Angeles.

The Annual Plan allocates $61 million in federal and other funding sources to operate the City and WIB's WorkSource Centers, YouthSource Centers, HIRE LA's Employment Youth program, various training programs and other services for employers, job seekers, and youth.
