Zeth Ajemian is the Director of Workforce Planning and Development for Kaiser Permanente’s Southern California region.
In this capacity, Mr. Ajemian leads a labor-management partnership that plans and implements career training and advancement services for Kaiser Permanente’s 43,000 unionized workers.
Before joining Kaiser Permanente, Mr. Ajemian was the Associated Director of Workforce Development and Research at the Los Angeles County Federation of Labor, where he put his extensive background in industry and labor market analysis to good use to develop training programs for member AFL-CIO unions.
Mr. Ajemian received a Bachelor’s Degree in political science from Pitzer College and a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning, with an emphasis in Economic Development, from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Public Policy.
